09/02/12 - A short message for our vegetarian friends.

I will be adding a veggie space to the website soon so, very briefly, here is the vegetarian news: The Handmade scotch eggs have proved very popular since new year. The Vegetabularian (made with Sun dried toms and cheese) is always one of the first to sell out. Wessex Pantry pies are almost ready with a vegetarian alternative to their fab meat pies. We tried a Stilton & mushroom and it was superb. And, don't forget many of our cheeses are completely veggie with no animal rennet in sight.

15/01/12 - New year stuff...

A little bit late I know but, Happy new year everyone!! Our first new product of the year are the most fabulous Handmade Scotch eggs. Free range eggs & pork and all sorts of wonderful flavour variations. The humble Scotch egg just went gourmet at st Giles cheese. We will be stocking them weekly. The first delivery sold out very quickly.
